1. Olive Oil Spray Filling Project in Algeria
Wejing Machinery supplied a WJER-60 automatic BOV aerosol filling line to a customer in Algeria for olive oil spray production.
Olive oil spray is a convenient format for cooking oil, providing controlled dispensing and easy application. For this project, the customer selected BOV aerosol packaging technology and required an automatic production line for efficient and stable filling.
The WJER-60 is designed for BOV aerosol products and is suitable for olive oil spray as well as other compatible water-based aerosol products, such as shaving gel, nasal spray, water-based aerosol paint and water-based fire extinguisher spray.
2. WJER-60 BOV Aerosol Filling Line
The WJER-60 integrates multiple production processes into one automatic line, including can feeding, BOV gas filling and crimping, liquid filling, pressure detection, valve cleaning, weight checking, cap pressing, coding and packing.

The standard filling and sealing machine is equipped with 2 gas filling and crimping heads, 6 liquid filling heads, 2 pressure detection heads and 2 valve cleaning heads.
3. Production Line Layout Based on Customer's Workshop
In addition to supplying the filling equipment, Wejing engineers designed the production line layout according to the customer's existing workshop.
The equipment was arranged according to the actual workshop space and production flow:
Can Feeding → Gas Filling & Crimping → Liquid Filling → Pressure Detection → Valve Cleaning → Weight Checking → Cap Pressing → Coding → Packing
A customized layout helps make better use of the customer's factory space while maintaining a smooth material flow and convenient operation.
