In the field of aerosol filling equipment, every customer has unique technical requirements. For one U.S. client, the six-month journey—from the initial consultation to the final factory acceptance—was an in-depth process of engineering customization, demonstrating what can be achieved when expertise and trust come together.

1. Gaining a Deep Understanding of the Client’s Technical Requirements

When the client first contacted us through our website, they were seeking more than just a standard BOV (bag-valve-operated) aerosol filling line. They needed a solution that could seamlessly integrate into their existing U.S. facility, comply with local electrical codes, and accommodate their specific can sizes and production scale.

Our engineering team immediately initiated detailed consultations. We discussed:

Production goals and line speed requirements

Can diameter and height ranges (with flexibility for future expansion)

Existing utility constraints: power supply, compressed air capacity, and floor space

Regulatory standards for U.S. mechanical safety and electrical compliance

Every piece of information was incorporated into our design process. We didn’t just sell a machine—we built a system.

2. Meticulous Customization

The final delivery was a custom BOV aerosol filling line, comprising:

An automatic bottle conveyor equipped with adjustable guide rails

A filling and capping machine specifically designed for BOV technology, capable of performing propellant filling, liquid filling, pressure testing, and valve stem cleaning in a single integrated station

A capping machine designed for rapid changeovers

An ergonomically designed collection station for final inspection

But the true customization lies within the system. We configured the control cabinet using UL-certified components and pre-wired it to support 110V/60Hz operation—eliminating the need for on-site modifications. The PLC program was tailored to the customer’s preferred interface language and incorporated the diagnostic features we proposed during our discussions.

 

3. Acceptance Testing: Where Precision Meets Validation

When the customer arrived on-site for acceptance, our chief engineer led them through a detailed inspection of each subsystem. The customer prepared a checklist that fully demonstrated their deep technical expertise.

We opened the control cabinet and inspected each component one by one: circuit breakers, contactors, and power supplies—all compliant with U.S. standards. The client verified the grounding and noted the clear labeling.

② Pipe Layout

We traced the electrical wiring from the main circuit breaker to each motor. We then turned to the pneumatic schematics, demonstrating how compressed air flows to each cylinder and valve.

③ Operational Flexibility and Maintenance

The client raised practical challenges regarding real-world application:

“What is the calibration process for filling accuracy?” We walked them through the calibration menu on the PLC touchscreen and demonstrated the stored parameters for different products.

 “Which parts are subject to wear, and how are they replaced?” We pointed out the seals and pistons that can be quickly replaced and even demonstrated the replacement process on-site.

 

4. Final Outcome: Trust Built on Details

After a full day of testing, the customer signed the acceptance form with a smile.

“I’ve visited many machinery suppliers, but few pay such close attention to detail,” he said. “This machine fully meets our expectations—every requirement we discussed is reflected here.”
