This machine is specially designed for Bag-on-Valve (BOV) aerosol plastic bottles. It adopts the innovative outer-crimping technology to visualize the filling with the help of transparent bottles. Efficient filling is achieved through the following processes:
(1) Sealing and Filling System
Air-tight sealing by using outer-crimping technology.
Injection of propellant gas at a set pressure by means of a precision control system
(2) Liquid Filling System
After completing the sealing, liquid contents such as medicine or cosmetics are injected through an independent channel.
The filling volume is controlled by a high-precision flow meter with an error range of ±1%.
(3) Control system
Responsible for the control and regulation of the whole filling process, mainly composed of electrical control elements, human-machine interface and so on.
