3.3 Steps Filling Process: Simple Operation, Safe and Controllable


The core process of the equipment can be started by ordinary workers after 1 hour of training without the need of professional technicians:

Vacuum pre-treatment (anti-mixing・solid valve)

The equipment completely extracts the air from the gas tank through an independent vacuum pump, which prevents the air in the tank from mixing with the butane and causing safety hazards on the one hand, and on the other hand, the valve is initially pressed tightly by atmospheric pressure, which lays the foundation for the subsequent sealing.
