The Indian customer team consists of technical directors and purchasing managers from well-known local daily chemical and industrial aerosol manufacturers. Customers first visited the production line of the binary semi-automatic model. The technical team demonstrated on-site how the equipment can realize synchronous filling with two heads, and highlighted its advantages:

In the area of the fully-automated production line, customers witnessed the unmanned operation of the entire process from empty can feeding to finished product packaging. The model triggered a lively discussion with the following features:

① Ultra-high-speed production capacity: up to 60 cans/minute;

② Intelligent monitoring system: real-time feedback of pressure, temperature, filling volume and other data to eliminate human error;

③ Energy saving and environmental protection: the closed-loop gas recovery design reduces the waste of raw materials and is in line with the sustainable development trend.

3.On-site test: verify the strength with data

In order to visualise the performance of the equipment, we randomly selected the sample tanks and formulations provided by the Indian customers and conducted the following tests:

(1) Filling accuracy test: the error rate is stably controlled within 0.1%;

(2) Compatibility test: Successfully filling the customer's own high-viscosity anti-rust spray and low-viscosity air freshener.

During the test, the customer personally operated the equipment and verified the data, and finally expressed a high degree of satisfaction with the results: ‘From the accuracy to the stability have exceeded our expectations, this is exactly the technology we need to upgrade our production line!’

4.In-depth exchanges: jointly explore the opportunities of the Indian market

In the subsequent symposium, the two sides discussed the pain points and needs of the Indian aerosol industry:
