The production of sheet masks can be broadly divided into four core stages:
1. Folding Stage: The purchased mask fabric and cotton pads are pre-assembled. During production, we use a folding machine to fold these pre-assembled units into a compact shape, making them easy to place into the mask pouches. The folding machine ensures that every mask is folded uniformly, laying the groundwork for subsequent filling.
2. Bagging and Filling Stage: The folded mask units enter the mask filling machine. This equipment performs three actions—opening the bag, filling it with essence, and sealing it. The entire process is seamless, minimizing manual contact and reducing the risk of contamination.
3. Coding Stage: While sealing, the equipment automatically prints information such as batch numbers and expiration dates on the bag, ensuring every product is traceable.
4. Weighing and Rejection Stage: Finished products pass through an automatic weighing machine, where each pouch is precisely weighed. Products with insufficient or excessive filling volumes are automatically rejected; only qualified products proceed to the next stage.
The customer noticed the mask sheet units on the production line and raised this specific question.

This is a very detailed and critical question.
In fact, the mask sheets and cotton pads are already assembled when we receive them from suppliers—the suppliers attach the cotton pads directly to the mask sheets and deliver them as a single unit. Therefore, during production, we do not need to manually assemble them in our factory.
What we do is: take this pre-assembled unit, fold it into shape using a folding machine, and then place it into the mask pouch. This not only saves on labor but also ensures that every mask is in the same condition before being packaged.
A customer picked up a finished pouch, weighed it in their hand, and raised a question about quality consistency.

This is precisely why we installed an automatic weighing machine.
During the filling process, the mask filling machine precisely controls the amount of essence injected each time. Even so, we have added an automatic weighing step as a double safeguard.
Every finished bag is weighed in real-time as it passes through the weighing machine. We set an acceptable weight range in the system—for example, the standard weight ±0.5 grams. Any bag exceeding this range is automatically rejected and does not proceed to the packaging stage.
As a result, every sheet mask consumers receive contains a consistent amount of essence. This is crucial for the brand’s reputation.
After the tour concluded, the clients did not leave immediately. They sat down in the conference room to continue discussing details regarding subsequent installation, commissioning, and training.
