1. Crimping Diameter/Depth Measure Gauges (two gauge set) is used to accurately verify that an aerosol valve has been properly clinched and sealed onto the aerosol container.
2. The two gauge set contains separate depth and diameter gauges and a calibration block. Measures both crimp diameter and height in aerosol containers with a crimp seal of 1" inch at one time. It is essential for the sealing quality control.
3. These gauges are used to measure the clinch diameter and depth for 1" aerosol valves. If you are an aerosol products manufacturer, or you have your own brand of aerosol product and have to monitor your product quality from your OEM factory, you need this set of gauges to make sure crimping spec is correct and the products is safe in transportation and using.
