The WJERZ-150 semi-automatic bov aerosol filling machine is specifically designed for 20mm BOV valve aerosol cans, integrating gas filling (compressed air/N2), capping, and filling into one unit. Features touchscreen + PLC control, with filling speed of 10-15 cans/min, liquid filling accuracy ≤±1%, and gas filling accuracy ±0.03MPa. Highly versatile, accommodates cans with diameters 25-35mm and heights 58-330mm. One-touch cleaning function significantly boosts efficiency. Ideal for producing high-standard aerosol products like pepper spray, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
