1.Daily maintenance
(1) Clean the equipment: use a clean damp cloth to wipe the surface of the filling machine to remove dust, stains and residual aerosol.
(2) Check the material supply: check the remaining amount of aerosol raw materials to ensure that the material is sufficient to avoid material breakage in the filling process.
(3) Check the gas source and power supply: make sure the pressure of the gas source is within the normal range; check whether the power connection is solid and the voltage is stable.
(4) Check the filling head: check whether the filling head is clogged or damaged; if there is material residue, clean it up in time.
2. Weekly maintenance
(1) Clean the filter: dismantle the air source filter and material filter, rinse the filter element with water to remove impurities, dry it and install it back.
(2) Check the transmission parts: add the right amount of lubricant to the chain, belt and other transmission parts to ensure their smooth operation, and check whether the tension of the chain is appropriate.
(3) Check the seals: check whether the seals at each connection are aging, deformed or damaged, and replace them in time if there is any problem to prevent leakage.
3.Monthly Maintenance
(1)Calibrate the filling volume: Use the standard measuring cup to calibrate the filling volume of the filling machine to ensure that the dosage of each filling is accurate and the error is controlled within the permissible range.
(2) Check the electrical system: check whether the electrical lines are loose, broken, etc., and clean up the dust in the electrical cabinet to prevent short circuit due to accumulation of dust.
(3) Check the cylinder: check the operation of the cylinder, see if there is wear and tear, rust, cylinder leakage, if there is any problem timely repair or replacement.
4. Annual maintenance
(1) Comprehensive disassembly and cleaning: the filling machine will be fully disassembled, and each component will be deeply cleaned to remove the dirt and impurities accumulated inside.
(2) Replacement of wearing parts: Replace all seals, filter elements, transmission parts of the lubricant and other wearing parts to ensure stable equipment performance.
(3) Precision testing and debugging: Ask professionals to test and debug the various performance indicators of the filling machine, including filling accuracy, speed, pressure, etc., so that it reaches the best working condition.
(4) Overall performance test: After completing the maintenance and debugging, carry out trial operation for a certain period of time to check the overall performance of the equipment to ensure that there are no abnormalities.
